- Can slow internet cause slow and choppy video / audio in a zoom call?
- This may be one of the most meaningful problems with remote work. Many people have switched but our hardware has not yet been updated to handle the increased demand on our internet. I work from home and had to upgrade some hardware because otherwise I couldn't reliably do my job. This is one upgrade worth making if you are working from home. You may even be able to expense the hardware!
- How long will it take?
- We can test your network and get it going in one day. If additional hardware is needed we will come back when it arrives and install in the same day!
- Do I have the right plan from my internet provider?
- We want to know more about your usage of internet, number of devices, and users. What do you use your internet for? Answers to these questions will help us make sure you have the right plan. There is no reason to get gigabit internet and pay big money if you don't need it!
